Tarek Amin is the owner and operator of Keyrenter Property Management West Chicago, proudly serving the western suburbs of Chicago in DuPage and Cook Counties. He was born and raised right here in the Chicagoland area and has always had a strong connection to local business. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, he learned early on the value of hard work, customer service, and investing for the long term. He combines those values with his background, as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in accounting and project management to bring a well-rounded, practical approach to property management.


His interest in real estate started young. As a kid working in his family restaurant, he saw how financially stressful running a business could be — and how that stress eased once his family started investing in rental properties. That experience stuck with him. Today, he owns a growing portfolio of rental properties and understands the challenges that come with property ownership — from maintenance headaches to time-consuming tenant issues.


Drawing on both personal experience and professional insight, Tarek is dedicated to helping property owners navigate those complexities with ease. He believes strongly in the power of cash-flowing investments and views rental income as a key path to financial freedom.


Tarek lives in the area with his wife and young son, and takes pride in serving his community through reliable, hands-on property management.
